Q	We use our home office accounting system globally. Can you work with our system?
A	Yes, we will structure a comprehensive system using your global accounting system and combine it with any additional unique-to-Japan services you require.
Q	Are you a recruiting company? Can you help us hire staff for the Tokyo office we are setting up?
A	We can certainly assist in hiring staff for your Tokyo office. We are usually involved as office managers in our clients recruiting efforts from the president down to office assistants. Our involvement uses all the methods that any office manager would use including placing advertisements, contracting with recruiting companies, and interviewing potential candidates. Q	We use a worldwide audit firm. Can you work with our firm?
A	Absolutely and do so for most clients.
Q	We currently have our own attorney in Tokyo. Can you work with them?
A	Yes, we work with many law firms in Tokyo that have been retained by our clients.
Q	We do the accounting and most payments for our Japan office in our home office. Can you do just some of the payments for us and also prepare our tax returns?
A	We have worked that way in the past and no longer do so. We find it less costly to do the bookkeeping and payments directly and to deliver detail reports to the home office.
Q	We understand there are many ways to set up a Japanese office. Can you help us decide which way is best matched to our requirements?

Q	We are just starting out in Japan and will have only one or two employees based in Tokyo. We would like to avoid the expense of renting an office in Tokyo. Can HTM provide the office address and administrative support to our start-up operation in Tokyo?
