Yoshiko Yamagishi, Operations Manager, has a B.S. in General Business from Davenport College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and over 20 years general office management, human resource management, and accounting experience. Yamagishi-san is responsible for making sure that the HTM office in Tokyo is running smoothly, as well as ensuring that our outsourcing clients' facilities and general HR operations are efficient and meet local regulations.

Miyuki Kubouchi, Accounting Manager, has a B.B.A. in economics from Rikkyo University in Tokyo, accounting studies in Sydney, and over 20 years accounting experience including 2 years working overseas. Kubouchi-san is responsible for establishing and maintaining our outsourcing clients' accounting systems, insuring they are complete, accurate, timely, and efficient.

Bill Attridge, President and Founder, has over 25 years experience managing successful companies in Japan. In 1987 Bill founded HTM in Tokyo to provide outsourcing management services to companies with subsidiaries in Japan. At HTM, Bill has created a highly skilled team and Japan specific systems that provide unparalleled transparency and business intelligence to companies with small and medium size Japan subsidiaries.

Darren Lancaster, IT Manager, has a B.S. in Computer Science from Truman State University and over 10 years experience developing web based business applications. Darren is responsible for managing HTM's internal systems and developing our web-based client accounting, administration and HR process, and business intelligence systems.

Miyuki Kimura, Systems Administration Manager, has a B.S. from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies and business studies at CompuCollege School of Business in Vancouver. Kimura-san is responsible for our IT systems administration including the design of client reports and KPIs. She is also responsible for training clients in the use of our web-based systems.
